Welcome to Ran Classic MY, a private server built for nostalgic gameplay, competitive spirit, and community-driven evolution. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. 🎮 Gameplay & Account Rules
– Players must follow all in-game mechanics, event schedules, and PvP rules.
– Account sharing is discouraged. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
– Use of third-party tools such as auto potions, auto clickers, and auto mouse/keyboard macros is currently allowed.
– However, scripted automation that enables unfair advantages—such as auto farming, auto respawn, auto back-pointing, or any form of unattended farming—is strictly prohibited.
– These practices undermine fair play and disadvantage players who farm manually. The anti-cheat system will be updated to detect and block such applications.
– Players found abusing automation in a way that disrupts game balance may face disciplinary action, including temporary or permanent bans.

2. 💬 Community Conduct
– Mild toxicity and competitive banter are part of the game culture and are tolerated within the game environment only.
– However, real-life sensitive topics such as religion, nationality, state, family members, or parents are strictly off-limits.
– Players must not escalate in-game conflicts into real-life harassment or threats. The server does not intervene in personal disputes outside the game.
– Keep all interactions game-focused. Violators may be muted or banned depending on severity.

3. 💰 Donations & Item Mall
– Donations are converted into E-Points, which can be used to purchase Item Mall items.
– PlayPoints are earned freely through AFK time and gameplay.
– Some Item Mall items are non-droppable, while others are tradable and droppable. Please check item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
– All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Items hold no real-world monetary value.

4. 🔐 Data & Privacy
– We collect only the data necessary for account management and gameplay optimization.
– Our anti-cheat system reserves the right to automatically capture screenshots of your desktop if cheating is detected.
– These screenshots are stored securely and will not be shared unless required for investigation or legal compliance.

5. 🚫 Disciplinary Actions
– The anti-cheat system will automatically and permanently ban accounts that trigger critical cheats such as:
– Cheat Engine
– DLL injection
– Memory scanners
– Debuggers or tools that modify game behavior
– Virtual machines are not allowed. While they won’t trigger an instant ban, repeated offenses (3 times) will result in a 1-day ban on the 4th violation.
– Unban requests are possible. Players must provide a valid explanation and reasoning. Keep in mind that desktop screenshots taken during the cheat trigger will be reviewed during the appeal.

6. 🧾 Intellectual Property
– All custom content, branding, and server configurations are the property of Ran Classic MY.
– Players may not reproduce, distribute, or modify server files without written permission.

7. 🔧 Server Changes
– We reserve the right to modify game mechanics, item stats, or server policies at any time to maintain balance and improve user experience.
– Major updates will be announced via our official website and social media.
